When using our DIY distribution platform, you can choose the release date of your music in Step 4 of the release process However, it’s not possible to specify an exact time for the release.

The exact time that your release will go live varies according to streaming platform and is determined by the each platform's processing schedule.

For example, on Spotify, releases generally go live on the release date at 00:00 local time. So when your release goes live in Japan at 00:00 local time it will still be a few hours until it goes live in Germany (7 hours later) or Brazil (12 hours later) at 00:00 local time in those territories.

On the other hand, Youtube, Amazon,Tidal and other major streaming platforms will have the release go live early morning, anytime between 5:00-8:00 am.

To manage expectations, we recommend informing your fans that your music will be available on the release date without specifying a time. This ensures they can anticipate your new release throughout the day.
