We have renamed the previous Balance page into "Royalties" and implemented new functionalities!

In your “Royalties” page, you have three main tabs that have to do with your royalty income, the breakdown of this income, as well as your Balance and transfer history.

The first tab is called 'Royalty Income' and allows you to see all the monthly (or quarterly) royalty income as well as the royalty reports, from various platforms (DSPs).

We receive monthly/quarterly royalty reports from various platforms, which usually arrive and are processed with a 2- or 3-month delay. Keep in mind: The reporting frequency of platforms are not the same across the board - some platforms send us the sales reports (statements) faster and some slower.

Here you can:

  • download your detailed royalty reports (.csv files)

  • see detailed information about the kind of usage (e.g. stream/download); how many times a track/release has been streamed/downloaded; in which countries your music was listened to in that specific month; as well as average royalty earnings per stream or download

In the 'Royalty Income' tab you have to option to select a custom date range to limit the listed royalty income. You also have the option to change the way the list is sorted. On the right hand side (Sort by) you can click the dropdown and choose to sort the results by “Month of earnings” instead of the default sorting (by "Reports received").

The second tab in the Royalties page is called 'Breakdown'. Here, you are able to see your royalty income broken down by:

  • your Releases

  • your Tracks

  • the Platforms

This will give you a higher level overview of earnings per releases and per tracks. The 'Breakdown' tab is where you will be able to see your highest earning releases and tracks, as well as how your earnings are performing per platform.

Lastly, the third tab called 'Balance' is where you find your current available balance - which is made up of the royalties you have earned so far - as well as your transfer history and documents related to your previous transfers.

You are free to transfer the (full) amount available in your Balance at any time by simply clicking the Transfer amount button.
