How do I see how many unallocated lessons a student has in their account?

For Teachers - Your student has purchased lessons, and you would like to know how many you have left to book into the calendar.

Updated over a month ago

This article will help you find how many lesson credits your student still has in their account, not yet booked into the calendar. This refers only to blocks of lessons as lesson offers are automatically input into the calendar as set lesson dates.

Once your student purchases a block of lessons, you will see these on your student tab to the right of each student. Once added to the calendar, they are removed from this icon.

  • Login to your account to see your dashboard.

  • Click on your student tab to select your student.

  • Next to the student's name, you will see any lessons purchased but not yet on the calendar within a lesson icon. This displays the number and duration of unallocated lessons in the student account.

Please note - this icon only shows the unallocated lessons. Once booked, you should check your calendar for upcoming lessons.

Here we see an example of a student with 6 x 30 lesson credits plus 6 transport fees unallocated in their account. These lessons are ready to be booked onto the calendar.

You can also see these lesson icons within each student's inbox message. Click into the student's messages from your inbox tab and look to the left of the screen to view the icons.

Once on the calendar, lessons are removed from this icon. To view lessons easily, you can change the calendar view to either 'Month' or 'List view'.
