How your account is organised
We use menu points to group tasks and functions together. For desktop users, the menu points are displayed horizontally from left to right. Your current menu point is highlighted in blue.
For smartphone users, menu points can be found by pressing the “menu” button with three horizontal lines, usually found in the top left corner of the screen.

Think of the dashboard as your ‘home’ screen. Here, we present information on your profile performance, upcoming lessons, and other aspects of your account with us “at a glance”

View all messages from new and current students. The inbox is your main communication channel with your students.

View your list of new, current and archived students.
Book new lessons
Explore your interactions with a student i.e. lessons purchased and lessons booked
Find the icon showing how many lessons a student still has in their account and the duration of them. Please note once a lesson is in the calendar it will no longer be displayed via this icon
The envelope next to the student's name under the student tab will show messages. If there is a red dot here, this denotes a new message. This message may not be in your inbox if it has been a few months since your last communication with this student.

View, create and edit Lesson Offers
The edit tab opens up options to edit your profile. These include:
Profile text - edit your profile text and add tags
Images - add your profile image, cover image and up to 5 additional images
Video - add a YouTube link to your intro or performance video
Display Name - check and change the name your students see
Visibility - edit your profile visibility - visible, private link only or hidden
Search Filters - edit your search filters - availability, ability levels and age groups
The settings tab opens up options to edit the settings on your account. These include:
Membership level - check your membership level
Personal details - amend the details we hold about you
Payments - view your invoice to see an overview of your monthly teacher’s payment
Price setting - set and amend your lesson durations and prices for lesson blocks
Teaching locations - amend and add/delete the locations you teach from
Safety centre - request references and view all the safety centre documents
Password - request new password or reset if forgotten
