What can I do if I see the message - "something went wrong, please contact our office?"

Students sometimes see this message when cookies on their device - laptop, desktop, mobile device or phone - cause problems. It can happen if you have visited the payment gate previously but not checked out.

There are 3 solutions we can suggest to help this situation:

  • Log in to your MusicTeachers account from a different device and purchase your lessons from there

  • Clear the cookies // cache on your internet browser

  • Use a different internet browser
