What can they do if they see the message - "something went wrong, please contact our office?"
Students sometimes see this message when cookies on their device - laptop, desktop, mobile device or phone - cause problems. It can happen if they have visited the payment gate previously but not checked out.
There are 3 solutions you can suggest to your student to help this situation:
Log into their student account from a different device and purchase their lessons from there
Clear the cookies // cache on their internet browser
Use a different internet browser
Any of these above solutions should be successful.
If, after trying these solutions, they still cannot continue with the payment, please ask your student to email us at info@musicteachers.co.uk. We will look into this further for them.
