How do I reset my password?

For students. Here is how to reset your password.

Desktop view:

This article describes how to reset your password. You will need to know your registered email address. If you have forgotten this, please email us at info@musicteachers.co.uk.

  • Enter your registered email address in the “Email address” box. This will be the email address you used when you signed up for an account

  • Press the “Reset my password” button

  • You will receive an email to your registered email address, sent from info@musicteachers.co.uk. If you don’t receive an email within 5 minutes, please check your spam folder

  • In the email, press the “Create new password here” button and the “Create/reset password” page will open

  • Enter your registered email in the “Your email” box

  • Enter your new password in the “Enter your new password” box

  • Re-enter your new password in the “Confirm your new password” box

  • Press the “Reset password” button

  • Press the “Create new password here!” button in that email

  • Your default browser will open the “Create / Reset Password” page

  • Enter your registered email in the “Your email” box

  • Enter your new password in the “Enter your new password” box

  • Re-enter your new password in the “Confirm your new password” box

  • Press the “Reset password” button

Not working?:

If you still have issues in accessing your account check your cookies and browsing history. Sometimes a device can automatically pre-populate an old password. Clear your history and this may solve the issue. If not, please contact support at info@musicteachers.co.uk.
