Cancelling and/or Rescheduling lessons

For teachers. This article will explain how to cancel or reschedule a lesson that is booked into the system.

Updated today

It is always the teacher that performs these actions and you do all of the following from within your teacher account.

However, if the lesson to be cancelled or rescheduled is within 24 hours of the start time (or in the past), the MusicTeachers support team must action the changes. This ensures that records of payments to teachers and charges to students are accurate. You should email the support team at info@musicteachers.co.uk if you need any other help cancelling or rescheduling a lesson.

Three systems are used to book lessons at MusicTeachers and the cancellations and rescheduling process is different for each system.

You can book lessons using any of the following systems:

  1. Blocks of Lessons/Credits
