Keeping your card payment details up-to-date is important. If you pay for your lessons in split payments or have an automatic renewal set on your account, it is essential to ensure your payments do not fail.
The times you may need to update your card details are:
your card has expired
your bank has replaced your card
you decide to use a different account to continue purchases from
To save or amend payment card details:
Click on My Account on your top navigation bar
Click on Payment details on the left-hand bar
Enter your card number
Here you can save and update your Payment Card, give permission for Automatic Payments and edit your Automatic Renewal agreements for lesson blocks.
Your card number is encrypted for security.
Please note: if you have failed payments on your account, once you add your card details, the amount outstanding will taken first to ensure your account is up-to-date.
