Why can't I open menus?

Learn about possible issues when trying to open a menu.

If you are able to sign into your account and see the list of saved designs, but when you click on one to open it, it doesn't open or you see a blank screen, this can be caused for a few different reasons.

Typically, this is caused by an ad blocker or image blocker on the web browser or anti-virus software on the device. This may need to be shut off. The best way to learn about shutting off ad or image blockers is a quick Google search.

This could also be caused by the cache and/or cookies in the web browser. Using an incognito or private browser is a good way to test if that is what is causing the issue.

If you are using a work network, please try disconnecting from the work network internet connection.

If you happened to use a bookmarked URL to access our website, it would be best to remove the bookmarked URL and go to www.musthavemenus.com then sign in and try to access the design.
