How do I talk to someone about my subscription?

The account settings are under the gear icon in the upper right on the home page once signed in.

If the account settings do not help you find what you need, please leave our customer service team a message by clicking "leave a message" or chat with us live during our business hours or email us via support@musthavemenus.com .

Normally, our live chat hours are Monday through Friday 6am - 4pm Pacific Time. A real, live human rep will answer within seconds during those hours unless it is a holiday.

Live chat is unavailable on Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Fourth of July, and Labor Day. However, we do monitor messages in the off hours/holidays and will reply to you as soon as we can.
