Am I able to pay for a year to save money?

If you already have the monthly plan, but would like to change to annual to save money, please leave us a message or chat with us live during business hours by asking for a human/person/rep or email us via support@musthavemenus.com. We will need to make the adjustment from our end.

Our live chat hours are normally Monday through Friday 8am - 4pm Pacific Time. Our helper bot, Blueberry, will answer right away to help with any questions. If you ask for a human, rep, person via chat - a real, live human rep will answer within seconds during those hours unless it is a holiday. We do not offer phone assistance.

Please note, we may be offline during certain time periods to allow for lunch breaks or meetings. You can always leave us a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can via email.

Live chat is unavailable on Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Fourth of July, and Labor Day.

However, we do monitor messages in the off hours/holidays and will reply to you as soon as we can via email.
