How to use the lock and unlock feature

If an element, such as a text box or graphic, is locked in a design it can be unlocked. When the mouse is hovered over it, there will be a circle with a line in it, but you can still click on the element. Once the text box or graphic is selected, click the word LOCKED in the upper right. This will unlock the element.
