Text Styling within Menu Item Name and Descriptions

Learn how to use bold, underline, or italicize words within Menu Item Names and Descriptions.

Please note: The same styling feature is also available for Item Names, but this article will walk through the process for Descriptions.


​Apply Text Styling within Menu Item Descriptions

From within the design editor, select a Menu Item within a Menu Group.

In the text editing box, click within the item description.

The Text Styling options are accessed by selecting the three vertical dots in the bottom right of the Menu Item Description.

Select the word(s) to apply styling to, and select Bold, Italics, or Underline.
