QR codes are only available on our Pro plan. Click here to go Pro.
It is possible to keep a QR Code, but change where it redirects - changing with the same content type, or different content entirely.
This can be useful when there are MustHaveMenus QR Codes printed and in-use in an establishment.
Please watch this video demonstrating the process:
Change where a QR Code Redirects
From within the design editor, select QR Codes from the left panel.
Locate the QR Code to edit. Select the ••• (ellipsis) from the upper right corner.
From the dropdown, select Edit.
A pop up will appear. The default content will reflect the same type as the original - in this case, a PDF.
To change the existing PDF to another, upload a file and select Done.
To change the content type, select the small triangle to access drop down options.
Walk through the prompts for the desired content type and select Done.
The QR Code will update to the new source.
To confirm the changes were made, select the ••• (ellipsis) from the upper right corner of the recently modified QR Code.
From the dropdown, select Preview.
A new internet browser tab will open, displaying the content that the QR Code will route to.
When the QR Code is scanned, it will redirect to the content/source as seen in Preview.
