Individuals accessing the Template Link will be required to sign in, so they will need their own account.
When sharing a Template Link with additional editors, this does NOT edit the original design, but instead makes a copy into the other person's account.
Any edits they make will be on a COPY and NOT the original design.
Share Template Link
To share a design with additional editors.
From within the design editor, select Share in the upper right.
From the dropdown, select Template Invite External.
Select Get Link.
Select Copy to copy the link.
Share the link with the desired Team Member by pasting the link into an email or message.
The receiving Team Member will receive a notification inviting them to edit a design.
The receiving Team Member should select Edit Design.
The receiving Team Member will be prompted to log in to MustHaveMenus.
The receiving Team Member will then have access to the design in their account, and any changes made will not reflect on the original design.
