Shipping
Most orders ship via UPS ground the next business day.
For planning purposes, please refer to the estimated delivery date provided in the print cart. This is not a guaranteed delivery date, it is only an estimated date.
The MustHaveMenus print system sends an order confirmation email immediately after an order is received.
When the order is shipped a shipping notice, including a tracking number, is sent via email.
All print order information, including Order Status and Status History can be found in the Print History under Account Settings.
Accessing Print History
From the Home page, select the letters in the circle in the upper right corner.
From the dropdown, select Account Settings.
From the Account overview, select Print History from the left.
The Print History page will show recent orders. Select the Order Details button to the right of any order to see additional information.
From here, a Print Receipt can be accessed, and Tracking information is provided.
Select the Print Receipt button to generate a PDF receipt, or select the Tracking information to be taken to UPS shipment tracking.
If an order is found to be unsatisfactory in some way, please contact our team within 30 days of receiving shipment.
