To reset the password for the account, select the option to Login in the upper right of www.musthavemenus.com webpage. When you see the login screen, select the "Forgot your password?' link. Then enter the email address for your account.
The email will be sent from the no-reply@musthavemenus.com email address with the subject line "Your New Password".
Please be sure to check the junk or spam or promotions or unfocused or updates folders for your email inbox. Our password reset emails can be filtered there.
If you are unable to find the password reset email and need assistance from our customer service, please leave us a message in chat or chat with us live during our business hours of Monday through Friday 6am - 4pm Pacific Time or email us at support@musthavemenus.com. We will need the last four digits of the credit card on file for the account to assist with a password reset.
Please note, we do not have access to see what your current password is for the account.
