Item Library Overview
The Item Library feature was implemented to provide users with a single source of truth for menu data within MustHaveMenus.
Add menu content to the Item Library, and use that data on any design in just a few clicks.
Customers are able to import complete menu data from a Saved Design or either Toast or Square POS, and decide to turn the Sync option ON or OFF.
Edit data within the Item Library and those changes will automatically update throughout all designs that contain that menu content.
Make changes within the Item Library, not on individual designs.
Menu Data Updates
If the Sync option is ON, whenever updates are made within the POS, the changes are made within the Item Library, and also on any design containing the menu item.
If the Sync option is OFF, the menu item will be unaffected if and when it has been altered on the POS.
Changes made in the Item Library or to an item on a design will NOT sync back to the POS.
