Menu Services projects do not include prints, custom graphic creation work, proofreading, PDF and/or image files.
All project details are required to be submitted in writing (email or chat), as MustHaveMenus does not offer phone assistance for Menu Services projects.

Quick and Professional Menu Services
MustHaveMenus offer a variety of menu services from data entry to takeout conversions and professional menu reformatting.
After chatting with a menu expert, customers will submit their final menu text, color choices, graphics and photos, and get a menu within a few business days.
Professional Reformatting
Price: $99 USD per menu with a limit of 4 single-sided pages
Timeline: Ready for review in 3-4 business days
This service does not include revisions.
A Professional Reformatting project is perfect for customers that need assistance laying out their menus, want to change an existing Saved Design from one template to another, or for customers that want to change from one product size to another.
The Professional Reformatting service includes professional formatting, ensuring alignment and styling is consistent throughout.
Upon completion of the project MustHaveMenus will provide the customer with a fully editable menu within their account.
Takeout Conversion
Price: $99 USD
Timeline: Ready for review in 2-3 business days
This service does not include revisions.
MustHaveMenus will create a matching takeout from a Saved Design within a customer account. This service includes professional formatting, and is designed with branding in mind.
Upon completion of the project MustHaveMenus will provide the customer with a fully editable menu within their account.
Quick Build
Price: $199 USD per single sided page
Timeline: Ready for review in 4-5 business days
Includes one (1) round of revisions. Revisions must be received within five (5) business days. Customers are able to waive revisions for a more expedited process.
A more inclusive design service. With a Quick Build customers will select a template from the MustHaveMenus design collection and provide details regarding any requested color changes. Customers are required to provide their menu data through a PDF or text document, and the MustHaveMenus team will enter menu text on the selected template. Customers can upload their logo and item images, and the MustHaveMenus team will format the template with the customer’s brand in mind.
Once the menu has been created, an email will be sent to the customer with a link to a watermarked digital proof for one (1) round of revisions. The customer must submit their revisions within five (5) business days from the date the email was sent. Customers may choose to waive the revisions for a more expedited process.
MustHaveMenus will complete the revisions and provide the customer with a fully editable menu within their account.
Quick Build Set
Price: $299 USD for a one-page, single-sided dine-in menu and a matching double-sided, folding takeout menu
Timeline: Ready for review in 5-6 business days
Includes one (1) round of revisions. Revisions must be received within five (5) business days. Customers are able to waive revisions for a more expedited process.
The Quick Build Set is perfect for customers looking for assistance creating a dine-in menu with a matching takeout. Customers will select a dine-in menu template from the MustHaveMenus design collection and provide details regarding any requested color changes. Customers are required to provide their menu data through a PDF or text document, and the MustHaveMenus team will enter menu text on the selected template. Customers can upload their logo and item images, and the MustHaveMenus team will format the template with the customer’s brand in mind. The takeout menu will be created based on the selected dine-in menu template.
Once the menus have been created, an email will be sent to the customer with a link to a watermarked digital proof for one (1) round of revisions. PDF Rebuild
Price: Starts at $99, dependent on quality and complication of PDF
Timeline: Ready in 2-3 business days
This service does not include revisions.
Rebuild projects are perfect for restaurants that have a PDF of their existing menu but would like the design recreated within MustHaveMenus so they can edit the design any time they want.
MustHaveMenus will recreate the provided PDF within the design editor and provide the customer with the fully menu within their account.
Please Note:
Custom fonts are only available to Pro plan customers. If a customer is on a Free plan and their menu uses custom fonts, MustHaveMenus will substitute them for default fonts.
Pro plan customers wanting to match custom fonts must provide font files.
