MustHaveMenus, offers two main plans — the Design Plan and the Pro Plan.

Both plans grant access to powerful tools to create professional, on-brand menus and marketing materials for restaurants.

The main difference is that the Pro Plan adds advanced features for menu management, team collaboration, and the option to extend with digital signage solutions.

Design Plan

For designing and customizing menus and marketing materials

The Design Plan is ideal for customers that want to create beautiful, branded menus and marketing materials using tools made specifically for restaurants.

What’s included:

  • Access to 23,000+ hospitality-ready templates

  • Editing tools built for restaurants

  • Apply brand fonts, colors, and logos

  • Millions of photos and graphics

  • Downloads in PNG, PDF, JPEG (including full-bleed PDF)

  • Folder organization for designs

  • Unlimited QR code views

Printing Services:

Customers can can order menus, flyers, table tents, stickers, posters, and more, with direct delivery. Printing costs are separate from plan fees.

Price:

$19/month (billed annually) | $24/mo (billed monthly)

Pro Plan

The Pro Plan includes all the features of the Design Plan and adds advanced tools for menu management, POS sync, and multi-user collaboration.

  • Item library for easier menu updates

  • POS menu data with sync

  • AI Copilot for faster content creation

  • Online menus through MustHaveMenus

  • Link pages that can serve as a landing page to multiple websites

  • Stock video library and video playback

  • Unlimited high-resolution downloads

  • Unlimited team members with role-based permissions

  • Priority customer support

  • Access to 25,000+ hospitality-ready templates

  • Editing tools built for restaurants

  • Apply brand fonts, colors, and logos

  • Millions of photos and graphics

  • Downloads in PNG, PDF, JPEG (including full-bleed PDF)

  • Folder organization for designs

  • Unlimited QR code views

Extend with Digital Display

The Pro Plan is required to add MustHaveMenus Display. Display is an add-on to the Pro Plan which grants access to the Digital Signage Manager and screen publishing tools.

Printing Services:

Customers can can order menus, flyers, table tents, stickers, posters, and more, with direct delivery. Printing costs are separate from plan fees.

Price:

$33/month per location (billed annually) | $39/month per location (billed monthly)

In short:

  • Design Plan – Best for designing and customizing menus and marketing materials, with optional paid printing.

  • Pro Plan – Everything in Design plus menu management, AI tools, and team features. Printing is optional and paid separately. Can be extended with multiple Locations and MustHaveMenus Display for digital signage.
