Cancelling / Pausing a Professional Plan via Mobile

Learn how to cancel or pause a subscription from a mobile device.

Annual Pro Plans are not eligible to Pause.

Important Terms to Consider:

  • Cancelling a plan deactivates QR codes, share links, and website codes.

  • Access to Saved Designs will be restricted. The plan will need to be renewed to regain access to saved menus, MustHaveMenus print services, and online publishing features.

  • Paused accounts will be charged upon reactivation.

  • Saved Designs and published content may be subject to removal or deletion.


Pause a Monthly Plan

After logging in to www.musthavemenus.com on a mobile device, from the Home page, select the letters inside the circle in the upper right.

Select Account Settings.

From Account Settings, select the Menu icon in the upper left.

Select Subscription.

Select Pause or Cancel.

The ability to Pause an account will be the default option.

Determine the amount of time the account should be paused for (1 month or 3 months), and select Pause Subscription.

A confirmation message will show.

Select Ok to return to the Subscription overview.

The account can be unpaused at any time by selecting Stop Pause on the Subscription overview.

Cancel a Subscription

After logging in to www.musthavemenus.com on a mobile device, from the Home page, select the letters inside the circle in the upper right.

Select Account Settings.

From Account Settings, select the Menu icon in the upper left.

Select Subscription.

Select Pause or Cancel.

The ability to Pause an account will be the default option.

Select the Cancel Subscription button.

Select Confirm Cancellation to proceed with the cancellation.

A confirmation message will show.

Select Ok to return to the Subscription overview.

The account can be reinstated at any time by selecting Stop Cancel on the Subscription overview.

Please note: If an account is declined status, MustHaveMenus customer service will need to cancel it from their end. Please ask for a human in chat or email support@musthavemenus.com.
