Please watch this video demonstrating the process:

Menu Groups are a special type of text field for menu content that makes it easy to organize and customize menu items. Each Menu Group can include a section Name with Notes, and contain multiple menu Items, with each field of text having its own customization options.

Most templates will display sample content in Menu Group text boxes.

This article explains how the appearance of text can be customized using Styling. Learn more about Menu Text Spacing Controls, additional styling options like how to Add a Border to a Menu Group Name, Add a Line Beneath a Section Header, Add a Border & Fill Color to a Menu Group, Layout Options for Menu Text, or how to Create Columns.

Style Menu Text

From within the design editor, select a Menu Group. This will load the Text tab. From there, select the word Style from the left panel.

Style contains options relating to font style, text size, text color, and the ability to Bold, Underline, Italicize, and make text UPPERCASE.

Style is broken out by Groups, which contains Names and Notes,

and then Items, which contains Menu Icons, and Modifiers.

For Names and Notes, formatting options under Style include:

Font Style, Text Size, Bold, Underline, Italicize, UPPERCASE, Alignment, and Text Color.

For menu Items, formatting options under Style include:

Font Style, Text Size, Bold, Underline, Italicize, UPPERCASE, and Text Color.

Select a desired field and edit as needed.

Note: Each text section contains a button that says Apply to all. This will apply the current Style to all Menu Groups on the design.

Apply to all will need to be applied to Names, then Notes, then Items to apply the styling to all instances of that text type throughout the design.
