Accessing the Item Library
The Item Library is accessible from two different points of entry — from within the design editor, and from the Home page.

From within the design editor, select Item Library from the left.

From the Home page, select Item Library from the left panel.

Features of the Item Library
Regardless of entry point, once within the Item Library, the view and features will be identical.
Search for specific items with the Item Library using the Search bar in the top left.
View entries within the Item Library by Items or by Menus.
+New Menu will create a new menu within the Item Library.
This process is for manual text entry, and is the recommended workflow if there are no Saved Designs within an account.
Extract data from a Saved Design into the Item Library with the Import button.

This is with the Item Library view set to Menus.
Menu data will show within the main Item Library window.
Each menu item has the option to Expand the item, Delete the item, Copy the item to another menu within the Item Library, and Hide (or Show) the menu item.
Once a menu item has been Expanded, the options for adding a menu +Icon will show, as well as an additional +Price, and More...
Clicking More... exposes additional pieces of menu data, including Extras, Tags, and Modifier Groups.

An important component within the Item Library is the ability to Update All Channels.
After making changes within the Item Library, updates to menu content can be pushed across all designs by selecting the Update All Channels button.
For operators needing to track changes and manage approvals to menu data, clicking the Tools button exposes Approvals.
