Once you’ve selected your brand, country, and date range, your dashboard will load, giving you instant access to your brand’s performance results. To get the most out of your dashboards, here are some key things to keep in mind.
Top-Down Approach
The dashboards are designed with a top-down approach. When your results load, you’ll first see the All Media tab, which displays your high-level metrics, including:
Total Mentions
Total Contributors
Total Reach
Total Impressions
Total PR Value
These five KPIs are essential for measuring the success of your media marketing strategy.

Your Media Tabs
Clicking on each media tab gives you a segmented view of performance by media type. For example, selecting the Instagram Stories tab shows results specifically for Instagram Stories.
💡 Tip: Use media tabs to quickly focus on the channels that matter most to your current campaign.
Tab Structure
Each media tab follows the same layout:
Your 5 Core KPIs – key metrics at a glance
Table Views – detailed breakdowns of coverage and contributors
Coverage Table
The coverage table shows a detailed list of all coverage captured within your selected date range. By default, it’s sorted by the most recent coverage, but you can click any column header to sort by different metrics.
Clicking the black Mention button opens a visual version of the coverage.
💡 Pro tip: Sort by Reach or PR Value to quickly find your highest-impact coverage.
Contributors Table
The second tab in the table section displays the contributors table, showing your top contributors for the selected media type. By default, it is sorted by the highest total PR value, but you can resort the table by clicking any column header.

Viewing Coverage in the Book View
Tables are useful for scanning large volumes of coverage, but you can also switch to a book view for a more visual experience. To do this, switch to the Book View toggle.
This will display coverage in a visual format for the selected media type. To view all coverage at once, go to the All tab first, then switch to the Book View toggle

Coverage details and evaluation appear on the left
Images or videos appear on the right
You can hide specific coverage directly from this view by clicking the Hide button. Hidden coverage is automatically excluded from both your dashboard and report results.
Important note: Deleting (hiding) mentions only affects your internal team's view, not other companies' views. Hidden mentions will still be visible to anyone outside of your company that you share the dashboard with. For more about best practices for hiding mentions, explore this guide.
💡 Tip: Use this view to create visual snapshots for presentations or team reports. You can share this online report with anyone who has an MVO login.
Downloading Coverage
To download your coverage, click the Download Media Book button in the top-right corner.
