The User Quality Score helps assess the quality of your community based on their submission performance. It’s based off the approval rate of a users submissions - calculated by comparing the number of approved submissions to the total submissions. This means more rejected submissions result in a lower score.
HOW IT WORKS
Formula: (Approved Submissions* ÷ Total Submissions) × 100 = X%
Every user starts with a score of 100%.
For the first five submissions, each rejected submission reduces the score by 20%.
The metric is global, meaning it applies to submissions across all brands on the platform, not just your brand.
*Approved Submissions are only manually approved submissions. Submissions that are auto approved, does not count towards the Quality Score (typically "easy" missions like "Follow on socials" and "Like & Comment" missions)
A higher score indicates better submission quality. This score can help you identify and nurture your top ambassadors.
QUALITY SCORE FOR COMMUNITY CLUB
When enabling your Community Club, the filter by default is set to exclude any user with a score below 25% (i.e.: users who have more than 75% of their submissions rejected will be excluded). This helps ensure that only users meeting a minimum quality standard are included in your community.
We recommend setting a min score of 25%, but you can adjust it based on your needs. Setting the filter too high may limit your community size. There’s no maximum quality score requirement for Community Clubs.
