In your Shopify store, navigate to Settings > Shipping and Delivery.
Then select "General shipping rates"
Scroll down to Fulfillment location, then click Add rate
Please name the Custom rate and leave the price as "0" and click Add conditional pricing
Select Based on order price and add "0" to both minimum and maximum price, and click Done
This ensures that when the product is free, the shipping is too. If you’d like to offer free shipping in additional zones, just add a free shipping rate for each one.
