Keeping your ambassador community authentic and engaged is key to getting the best results on Club. Sometimes, fraudulent or unsuitable users may slip in - posting scraped content, misusing codes, or generally not aligning with your brand.
To protect your community, we recommend two important steps:
π Block unsuitable users with the process below.
π‘ Continuously recruit your own customers, followers, and fans through your social channels. This ensures the right people see and complete your missions, strengthening your community with genuine voices who care about your brand.
Hereβs how to set it up:
π· Step 1: Create a βBlockβ tag
Go to Community and search for the user you want to block.
Select the user to open their profile drawer.
At the bottom of the screen, click the tag icon.
Type in your unique tag label, e.g. Block.
Select Create new tag.
π€ Step 2: Apply the Block tag to a user
When you identify a user you want to remove:
Open the userβs profile drawer.
Click the 3 dots next to their name β Manage tags.
Remove any existing tags (click the x).
Search for the Block tag and add it to the user.
π Once tagged, the user will be reverted to Follower status and will no longer be able to take part in missions.
π Step 3: Exclude blocked users from your community
Go to your Community page.
Open your Market filter and click Edit.
Under User attributes, open Tags.
In the Exclude field, search for your Block tag and select it.
Click Save (bottom right) to update your market filter.
π Done!
From now on, anyone you tag with Block will automatically be excluded from your community and missions.
By combining this with π active recruitment of your real customers and fans, youβll reduce fraudulent activity and grow a community of genuine ambassadors who bring real value to your brand.
