A. Share your brand Club invitation link with your community to invite them to join your Club. Ambassadors can sign up by accessing your invitation link on a desktop or mobile.
B. The 'Mobile Preview' allows you to view what your Club looks like on the app. Note: this is not a full interactive preview therefore some area's are not clickable.
C. On the right, you can view your account balance at a glance. By clicking on the ellipsis icon, you can then top-up your account balance and get quick navigation to your 'Billing' and 'Spending limits' pages.
βD. Once your Club community is live, you will see a 'results panel' appear at the top of your dashboard. This allows you to get a quick overview of your Club results.

There are 7 data points which cab be filtered by a set time frames on the left or by a custom time frame by clicking on 'Select dates' on the right.

The percentages show the percentage change of that specific data point for the period selected vs. the same period before. For example, when last 30 days is selected the percentage change is in comparison to the previous 30 days.
E. Your cover image is pre-populates from your socials however you can click "Edit cover image" to move the crop of the image or you can replace it with an image of your choice.
F. At the bottom left, you can quickly see how many missions you currently have live for your Club. On the right, you can see the total number of followers of your Club which can take you straight to your Community > Followers page (G).
H. Your brand details are also pre-populated from your socials when you sign up, however you can click the 'Edit details' button on the bottom right of your cover image to edit and populate for further details such as your support email address and brand category.
Wall
The default tab of your dashboard is your 'Wall'.
Here you can see your e-commerce and social connections (Instagram & TikTok).
You also have a quick view of your brand details as a reminder without needing to go into the edit option.
On the left, you then have a few options;
You can click 'Publish Mission' to open the mission builder
You can click 'Wall Post' to open the wall
You can view your missions wall with displays your missions including number of pending submissions and you can click the ellipsis to either edit the mission, view the submissions or TBC
About
Next to your 'Wall' tab, you can then switch to your 'About' tab. Here you can add/update your brand bio so our community can quickly learn a little bit about your brand.

Here you can also find your brand guidelines which are pre-populated with some default guideline. You can choose to enable/disable each guideline and you can choose to edit the default text as much as you would like to suit your own brand guidelines.

Finally, at the bottom right of the screen you can find our help centre. This contains quick articles like this one as well as access to our live chat where our AI assistant Otto can point you in the right direction if you need some help. Don't worry if Otto doesn't have the answer as you can then speak directly to someone from our customer support team for further assistance.
