How to send a video in an email:

1 - Load the video to a video hosting platform. ie: youtube, Vimeo, etc.
2- Take a screenshot of the video to create an image.
3 - Navigate to your Calendar tab.

4 - +Add New > Email
5 - Compose the email

6 - Add the screenshot image to the email.

7 - Double Click on the image

8 - Add the link to the video in the URL area
