How do I format my profile picture?

As your profile photo is placed on both print and digital files, it is important to make sure it is 1500 x 1500 pixels. If you don’t have a high-resolution headshot, you will need to scale up a smaller photo and force it to meet these standard requirements.

This can be done in any photo editor including Photoshop and Microsoft Paint.

Resizing with MS Paint:

After opening your image in MS Paint, you’ll notice the dimensions of the image are listed at the bottom of the screen.

If they are not 1500 x 1500px (or higher), click on the RESIZE tool.

In the RESIZE panel, make sure that the image is at least 1500 pixels both horizontally and vertically.

Save your file and then you will be able to upload your profile picture to your dashboard with ease.

Resizing in Adobe Photoshop:
After opening your image in Photoshop, navigate to Edit -> Image Size.

In the Image Size panel, make sure the checkbox for Constrained Proportions is selected. Change the resolution to 300DPI. Now make sure that the image is at least 1500 pixels both horizontally and vertically.

This resized and saved photo can now be uploaded to your dashboard.
