Encountering Login Notification: “Sorry your login session has changed / expired”

In the event you setup your custom domain, and get the following error when logging in, there is a simple solution to resolve the issue.

Login Notification: “Sorry your login session has changed / expired”

If you encounter the error message Sorry your login session has changed / expired when first logging in after setting up your custom domain, it's likely due to a cookies issue. To resolve this, you may need to reset the cookies for My Digital CMO's domain.

If you're using Chrome browser, please follow the instructions in this guide under Delete Specific Cookies > https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647.

Once the cookies have been cleared, you will need to clear the cookies for your custom domain specifically. To do this, follow these steps:

Once you have cleared the cookies for your custom domain, try logging in again. This should resolve the session expiry issue and allow you to log in successfully.
