Postmark Integration
If you are using MDC, you may have noticed that there is an option to integrate with Postmark for sending emails. This integration allows for a more personal and branded way to send emails to your users. Types of Emails Sent via Postmark Integration
With the Postmark integration, MDC is able to send the following types of emails via your custom email address (eg. hello@[yourcompany].com):
Join Team Invitations
Password Reset Requests for Team Members
New Comment Notifications
New Assignment Notifications

Checking Email Notifications in MDC
In order for the Postmark integration to work properly, it is important to make sure that your users have turned on email notifications for Comments and Assigned to notifications. This can be done by following these steps:
Navigate to Settings > Profile
Scroll to Email Notification
Make sure the relevant email notifications are checked
If these options are not turned on, the Postmark integration will not be able to send the corresponding emails to your users.
Setting Up Postmark
Before using the Postmark integration, it is important to make sure that your account and domain have been approved by Postmark. This can be done by following these steps:
