Integrating Your Business Analytics and Social Platforms with MDC

The MDC platform offers a wide range of integrations to help you track and analyze your business's performance. By connecting your relevant analytics and social platforms, you can easily view key metrics for each business.

Integrating your business with MDC is a simple process that can be done at the business level. This gives you the flexibility to choose which platforms you want to connect for each business. Each integration requires an authentication process to give permission for MDC to access the data from the appropriate integration for the relevant business.

Setting up Integrations

  • Navigate to Settings > Businesses

  • Select the relevant 'Business'

  • Scroll to the 'Integrations' Section

The integration library on MDC currently includes:

  • Google Analytics: View report and setup metrics to monitor from your Google Analytics G4 account.

  • Google Search Console: View report and setup metrics to monitor from your Google Search Console account.

  • YouTube: View report and setup metrics to monitor from your YouTube Channel

  • Facebook: View report and setup insights to monitor from your selected Facebook Pages

  • Instagram: View report and setup insights to monitor from your selected Instagram Pages

Important: During setup, make sure you are connecting the correct integration for each business. This will ensure that you are tracking and analyzing the right data for your business.

A note for users with a Custom Domain: Setting up an integration will temporarily redirect you to My Digital CMO's primary domain to complete the authentication process. During this time, you may need to login which will require you to restart this process.

Each integration can be easily added or disconnected at any time through the business profile on MDC. This gives you the flexibility to change your integrations as your business needs evolve.
