Based on the Intermediary Type you will see different options.

Available roles are Employee, Director and Shareholder (Multiple can be selected if applicable). You will then have to fill in company information for the PSC such as name, address and whether you want it to be assignment based work. Your screen will look something like the below.

Available roles are Contractor or Contractor as Employee. You will then be able to choose the Umbrella company you wish to assign this contractor to, shown on the screen to the right.

This works the same as Umbrella, except the only applicable role is Self Employed. Shown on the screen to the right. This role type should be selected for CIS workers.

Once your product is created, the employment tab will become visible and updatable.
