Cancelling a Single Line Item

Email accounts.receivable@telusagcg.com with your request. We'll issue a credit against your current invoice, and you'll only pay the remaining balance.

Cancelling Your Full Subscription

Important: Email within 2 weeks of your renewal date to accounts.receivable@telusagcg.com

Include in your email:

  • Your reasons for cancellation

  • Invoice number

  • Account name and number

We'll issue a full credit against your current invoice and cancel all future renewals.

What Happens After Cancellation

  • At renewal date: Your account will be locked

  • Days 1–30: You can access your data and download reports or attachments

  • After 30 days: Your TELUS Farm Accounting account will be permanently deleted

⚠️Download and save any data you need within the first 30 days.

Read-Only Access Option

If you'd like to keep access to your account without active use, we offer read-only subscriptions for £60 per business per year.

When requesting cancellation, let us know if you'd like to switch to read-only access. We'll credit your initial invoice in full and rebill for the read-only option.

Reactivating Your Account (Within 2 Months)

If you change your mind within 2 months of cancellation, we can quickly reactivate your account. Email accounts.receivable@telusagcg.com and we'll send an invoice. Your account will be restored upon payment.

Re-Subscribing Later

You're always welcome to re-subscribe to TELUS Farm Accounting in the future. Contact our Sales Team at farmplansales@telusagcg.com to restart your subscription.

Account Locked Due to Non-Payment

When Your Account Gets Locked

If an invoice remains unpaid for 30 days, your TELUS Farm Accounting account will be automatically locked. You will lose the ability to enter and save transactions.

How to Regain Access

Payment in full of the outstanding invoice is required.

Once we receive your payment, your account access will be reinstated, if access is urgent please contact us to confirm payment accounts.receivable@telusagcg.com

Next Steps

  • Review your unpaid invoice for the amount due

  • Submit payment as soon as possible
