Cancelling a Single Line Item

Email accounts.receivable@telusagcg.com with your request. We'll issue a credit against your current invoice, and you'll only pay the remaining balance.

Cancelling Your Full Subscription

Important: Email within 2 weeks of your renewal date to accounts.receivable@telusagcg.com

Include in your email:

  • Your reasons for cancellation

  • Invoice number

  • Account name and number

We'll issue a full credit against your current invoice and cancel all future renewals.

What Happens After Cancellation

  • At renewal date: Your account will be locked

  • Days 1–30: You can access your data and download reports or attachments

⚠️ Critical Action Required: Export Essential Payroll Reports

Deadline: Complete within 30 days

These reports are required for HMRC compliance and year-end tax reporting. Exporting them now ensures you have permanent records before your subscription ends.

Reports to Export and Print

1. P11 Working Sheet

Purpose: Employee tax records and HMRC compliance

  • Export for all employees

  • Include Weeks 1-53 and Months 1-12

  • Keep for your records and tax submissions

2. History Summary

Purpose: Complete payment history for audit and reference

  • Export all payments

  • Include Weeks 1-53 and Months 1-12

  • Covers all staff members

3. P30 Summary

Purpose: Year-end tax reporting and HMRC submissions

  • Critical for final tax year reconciliation

  • Required for official HMRC documentation

Next Steps

  1. Export all three reports from your system

  2. Print or save as PDF for permanent records

  3. Store securely (external drive, cloud storage, or physical files)

  4. Keep these records for at least 6 years for HMRC compliance

💡Once your subscription ends, you'll only have local access to your data. These exports ensure you maintain complete records for future reference and compliance purposes.

Reactivating Your Account (Within 2 Months)

If you change your mind within 2 months of cancellation, we can quickly reactivate your account. Email accounts.receivable@telusagcg.com and we'll send an invoice. Your account will be restored upon payment.

You're always welcome to re-subscribe to TELUS Farm Payroll in the future. Contact our Sales Team at farmplansales@telusagcg.com to restart your subscription.
