Cancelling Your Subscription

Cancelling a Single Line Item

Email accounts.receivable@telusagcg.com with your cancellation request. We'll issue a credit against your current invoice for the amount being cancelled, and you'll pay only the remaining balance.

Cancelling Non-Business-Owning Sites moving to to Single Site (Gatekeeper)

If you're reducing to a single-site Gatekeeper subscription, note that your invoice will be adjusted to include the Data Secure cost (currently bundled with additional sites). We'll issue a full credit and reissue your invoice with the updated pricing.

Email with your request to remove non-business-owning sites from your account, with site ID and site name.

Cancelling Precision Farming Modules

Once your credit is processed, we'll update your license and deactivate the selected module(s).

💡Farm Mapping is required when using Precision Farming Actual, Target, and John Deere devices.

Adjusting Contract Businesses or Additional Businesses

You can decrease contract or additional businesses during your coverage period. After we receive your request, we'll adjust your invoice and assign a Customer Services representative to guide you through the deactivation process. Your license will be updated once complete.

⚠️No refunds are issued for mid-contract changes. We will update your contract for your next renewal period.

Cancelling Your Full Subscription

Action required: Email accounts.receivable@telusagcg.com within 2 weeks of your renewal date with:

  • Your reason for cancellation

  • Invoice number

  • Account name and number

We'll issue a full credit against your current invoice and cancel all future renewals.

What Happens After Full Cancellation

What You Keep

  • Full access to Gatekeeper and all your records on your current computer

  • All existing data remains locally accessible

What Changes

  • Future program updates will no longer be available

  • Automatic data backup to TELUS servers will stop (local backups only during synchronisation)

  • Your license will be set to inactive during the next credit processing cycle

Protect Your Data

Important: Create a secure backup immediately:

  • Export and safely store all Gatekeeper data

  • Ensure all web application data has been imported to your local system

  • Consider multiple backup locations (external drive, cloud storage, etc.)

Reactivating or Re-Subscribing

Reactivate Within 2 Months

If you change your mind within 2 months of cancellation, email accounts.receivable@telusagcg.com. We'll send an invoice, and your account will be restored upon payment.

Re-Subscribe Later

We would always welcome you back and if you wish to restart your subscription at any time, contact our Sales Team at farmplansales@telusagcg.com

Account Updates & Changes

Standard Updates

Email customer.engagement@telusagcg.com to request changes to:

  • Site names

  • Module assignments to different users

  • Company details

Purchases

For additional users or modules, email farmplansales@telusagcg.com
