Cancelling Your Full Subscription
How to Cancel
Email accounts.receivable@telusagcg.com within 2 weeks of your renewal date with:
Your reason for cancellation
Invoice number
Account name and number
We'll issue a full credit against your current invoice and cancel all future renewals.
Cancelling a Single Line Item
Email accounts.receivable@telusagcg.com with your cancellation request. We'll credit your current invoice for the amount being cancelled, and you'll pay only the remaining balance.
What Happens After Cancellation
What You Keep
Full local access: Complete access to your software and all records on your current computer
Existing data: All your historical information remains available locally
Core functionality: Most features continue to work as normal
What Changes
Data Backup
Cloud backup stops: Your data will no longer be automatically backed up to TELUS servers
Action required: Create and maintain your own secure backup system immediately
Software Updates
No future updates: Program updates and enhancements (previously included in your support contract) will no longer be available
Security consideration: This may impact compatibility and security over time
Special Considerations for Business Manager Users
VAT submission affected: You will no longer be able to submit VAT returns for Making Tax Digital (MTD) through the system
Alternative required: You'll need to arrange alternative MTD-compliant submission methods
Protecting Your Data
Important: Before your cancellation takes effect, ensure you:
Export and securely store all your data
Create backups on external drives or cloud storage
Verify all critical information has been saved locally
Reactivating or Re-Subscribing
Reactivate Within 2 Months
If you change your mind within 2 months of cancellation, email accounts.receivable@telusagcg.com. We'll send an invoice, and your account will be restored upon payment.
Re-Subscribe Later
