Understanding Your Invoice
Each line item on your invoice includes:
Product code – A unique identifier for reference
Description – What the charge relates to
Quantity – Number of units
Annual subscription cost – Your 12-month subscription fee
Payment Method
We accept BACS payment, which is our preferred method. Please note that we do not currently offer direct debit or monthly billing options.
Subscription Coverage
All subscriptions are for a fixed 12-month period. We do not offer:
Part-year payments
Monthly billing
Refunds for early cancellation
