If you need to cancel a line item or your full subscription, email accounts.receivable@telusagcg.com as soon as possible after receiving your invoice. We'll reissue or credit your account based on the amendments needed.

Refund Policy

Cancellation During Your Subscription

No refunds are available if you cancel before your 12-month coverage period ends. Your subscription will continue until the end of your current coverage period, at which point it will be cancelled.

  • How to cancel your subscription

  • What happens to your data after cancellation

  • Your options for data access and retention
