This article addresses common questions regarding recent invoices during the transition from the legacy Earnie product to the new TELUS Farm Payroll cloud platform.

Understanding Your Recent Invoice

Many customers are seeing a noticeable difference in this year's total, the main reasons your current invoice amount may appear different than previous bills are:

  • One-Time Pro-Rata Adjustment: Your recent invoice may reflect a one-time "catch-up" bill. This is due to sunsetting the old Earnie desktop software and transitioning all accounts to the new cloud platform, which requires aligning your account to our new billing cycle. This 'bridge' period can make this particular bill look higher as it is working on a 12 month renewal rather than the pro rata data range.

  • Consolidated Service: The new invoice consolidates all services into a single product. Previously, you may have received separate invoices for various modules (such as Auto-Enrolment or Holiday Pay) at different times of the year. The new platform includes all these modules under a single product to simplify your administration moving forward.
