If your shipment stalls because of transportation or placement errors, don’t worry—you can still move forward in Seller Central by using your manifest file. Here’s how:
Prepare first
Confirm that your inbound plan and box-content information are complete.
Download the manifest
In Send to Amazon, open the problematic batch.
Click the Export icon to download the manifest file (.xlsx).
3. Once you have the .xlsx file, log in to Seller Central and navigate to Inventory ▸ FBA Inventory.
4. Click Shipments ▸ Send to Amazon to open the workflow.
5. Select File upload, then pick the .xlsx file you just saved.
6. Select Pack – Individual units, then type in the total number of boxes.
7. If you’re shipping multiple boxes, choose either the Webform or the .xls template to enter your box-content details. Simply fill out the form or spreadsheet, upload it in Seller Central, and continue with your shipment.
