Step 1: Go to the MSKU Settings
Log in to AccelerList.
Click Settings from the left menu.
Select the MSKU tab.
Make sure the Amazon tab is selected.
Step 2: Enable Custom MSKU Templates
Find the setting “Would you like to use a default custom MSKU when listing?” and set it to Yes.
Step 3: Choose How MSKU Numbers Will Be Added
Under “How should AccelerList handle MSKU numbers?”, select how numbering should work.
Options include:
Add incremental numbers per batch (-001, -002, -003...)
Numbers restart in each batch.Add globally unique numbers across all batches
Numbers continue increasing across all batches.Don't add any numbers (use the MSKU Prefix directly)
Only the template format will be used without extra numbering.
Step 4: Click “Add New Template”
Click the Add New Template button to begin creating your MSKU template.
Step 5: Choose a Name for Your Template
In the Create New MSKU Template window:
Under Choose a Name, enter a name for your template.
This helps you easily identify the template later.
Examples:
FBA Template
MF Template
Wholesale Template
After entering the name, click Next.
Step 6: Build Your MSKU Template Using Tags
You will now see the Choose SKU Template section.
This area contains unused tags that you can add to your template.
Examples of tags available:
ASIN
Source
Listed By
Condition
Salesrank
Warehouse Location
Buy Cost
Listing Date
Purchased Date
To add a tag:
Click the + icon beside the tag.
The selected tags will appear in the Generated MSKU Template section below.
Step 7: Add Custom Text (Optional)
If you want to add your own identifier:
Type your text in the Custom Field Text box.
Click Add.
Example:
Store initials
Batch identifiers
Category codes
Maximum allowed: 20 characters.
Step 8: Review the Generated MSKU Template
As you add tags, AccelerList will automatically build your MSKU format in the Generated MSKU Template section.
Example MSKU format:
JH-0326-VG-B000123456
Where:
JH = Custom prefix
0326 = Purchase date
VG = Condition
B000123456 = ASIN
Step 9: Save the Template
Once you are satisfied with the format:
Click Save MSKU Template.
The template will now appear in your MSKU template list.
Step 10: Activate the Template
To use the template for your listings:
Click Use beside the template.
It will now appear as [Active Template].
AccelerList will now automatically generate MSKUs based on this format when listing items.
