Updated over 3 weeks ago

How to Access the FBA Settings Page

  1. Log in to AccelerList.

  2. Click Settings on the left sidebar.

  3. Click the FBA tab at the top.

What You Can Configure on This Page

The FBA Settings page is divided into these sections:

  • Shipping Addresses

  • Box Contents

  • Label Printing Workflow

  • eBay Crosslisting

  • Inbound Shipping Estimations

1. Shipping Addresses

This section lets you manage your ship-from addresses for FBA shipments.

What this section is for

Your ship-from address is the address Amazon uses as the origin of your shipment when you create FBA batches and inbound plans.

What you can do here

  • View saved addresses

  • Add a new address

  • Set a default address

  • Edit or delete an address

Buttons and options

Add New Address

Click + Add New Address to create a new ship-from address for future FBA shipments.

Set Default

Click Set Default next to an address if you want that address to be automatically selected when creating new FBA batches.

Edit icon

Use the edit icon to update the saved address details.

Delete icon

Use the trash/delete icon to remove the address.

Example shown

The screenshot shows a saved shipping address:

  • 10382116 CANADA INC

  • 19 SUNSET PLACE

  • KEENE, ON K0L 2G0

2. Box Contents

This section controls your default box settings when creating FBA shipments.

Default Box Dimensions

These fields let you set the default box dimensions that will automatically pre-fill when creating new boxes.

The dimensions shown are:

  • L = Length

  • W = Width

  • H = Height

Example shown

  • L: 46

  • W: 31

  • H: 29

This is useful if you usually ship using the same box size, since it saves time during box content entry.

Box Contents Submission Method

This dropdown controls the default method used to submit box content data when creating FBA batches.

Example shown

  • API

What this means

If set to API, AccelerList will use Amazon’s API workflow to submit your box contents when processing FBA shipments.

This setting affects how your shipment and packing information are sent during the shipment workflow.

3. Label Printing Workflow

This section controls how labels are handled while listing and packing FBA inventory.

Print temporary SKU labels while listing (when FNSKU not available)

When this setting is ON, AccelerList will print temporary SKU labels during listing if an FNSKU label is not yet available.

Why this is useful

This helps you continue your workflow even when the final Amazon FNSKU label has not been generated yet.

Example shown

  • Currently OFF

Auto-Print FNSKU labels during box contents

When this setting is ON, AccelerList will automatically print FNSKU labels while you are working through the box contents step.

Why this is useful

This can speed up the shipment prep process by printing product labels automatically while packing.

Example shown

  • Currently OFF

Replens only: Auto-Print FNSKU labels while listing

When this setting is ON, AccelerList will automatically print FNSKU labels while listing replen items only.

Why this is useful

This is helpful for sellers who replenish existing inventory and want labels printed automatically during the listing workflow.

Example shown

  • Currently OFF

4. eBay Crosslisting

This section controls whether newly listed FBA items should also be routed to eBay automatically.

Enable automatic FBA to eBay crosslisting

When this setting is ON, FBA items can automatically be created for eBay crosslisting.

Important note

The text on the page explains that items will either:

  • be created as drafts, or

  • be published automatically

This depends on your “Auto-publish crosslisting drafts” setting inside your eBay Settings.

Why this is useful

This helps sellers automatically crosslist FBA inventory to eBay without needing to do it manually one item at a time.

Example shown

  • Currently OFF

5. Inbound Shipping Estimations

This section lets you set a default estimated shipping cost per pound for inbound FBA shipments.

Example shown

  • CA$ 1 per pound

What this is used for

This value helps estimate your inbound shipping costs when preparing FBA shipments.

It can be useful for:

  • cost tracking

  • profit estimation

  • planning shipment expenses

How to Update Your FBA Settings

  1. Go to Settings > FBA.

  2. Review each section:

    • Shipping Addresses

    • Box Contents

    • Label Printing Workflow

    • eBay Crosslisting

    • Inbound Shipping Estimations

  3. Update the fields or toggle settings as needed.

  4. Save changes if prompted.

Why These Settings Matter

Your FBA Settings help make your workflow faster and more consistent by allowing you to:

  • preselect your ship-from address

  • use default box sizes

  • automate label printing

  • control whether FBA items are crosslisted to eBay

  • estimate inbound shipping costs

Important Note

These are your default FBA workflow settings. They help standardize how AccelerList handles your FBA shipments, but some shipment-specific actions may still depend on the batch or shipment workflow you are currently using.
