How to Set Up MF Settings in AccelerList

This guide explains how to configure the MF (Merchant Fulfilled) Settings page in AccelerList so your MF batches, shipping templates, ticketing workflow, label printing, and shipping calculations are set up correctly.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

How to Access the MF Settings Page

  1. Log in to AccelerList.

  2. Click Settings on the left sidebar.

  3. Click the MF tab at the top.

What You Can Configure on This Page

The MF Settings page includes these sections:

  • Default Shipping Template

  • MF Ticketing System

  • Label Printing Workflow

  • Media Mail Fee Calculation

  • Shipping Price Calculation

1. Default Shipping Template

This section controls the default Amazon shipping settings used for your Merchant Fulfilled batches.

Default MF Shipping Template

This dropdown lets you choose the default shipping template that will be pre-selected when creating a new MF batch.

Example shown:

  • None (Select during batch creation)

What this means:

If set to None, you will manually choose the shipping template each time you create a new MF batch.

If you choose a saved shipping template here, AccelerList will automatically pre-fill it for future MF batches.

Important note:

The shipping templates shown here come from the shipping templates you created in Amazon Seller Central.

Default MF Handling Time (days)

This field lets you set the default handling time for your MF listings.

Example shown:

  • e.g. 2

What this means:

If you enter 2, your MF listings will default to a 2-day handling time unless you change it manually.

This can still be modified for individual SKUs later.

Why this matters:

Handling time affects your delivery promise and should match how quickly you can actually ship your items.

2. MF Ticketing System

This section controls whether you want AccelerList to automatically assign warehouse shelf or location tickets for MF items.

Use MF Ticketing System

This toggle turns the MF Ticketing System on or off.

What it does:

When enabled, AccelerList can automatically assign warehouse location labels such as:

  • A1-0001

  • A1-0002

This is useful if you organize your Merchant Fulfilled inventory by shelf or location and want the system to generate those locations for you.

Example shown:

  • Currently OFF

Best for:

  • Sellers with a warehouse or shelf system

  • Users who want better item location tracking

3. Label Printing Workflow

This section controls how location tickets and SKU labels print during the MF workflow.

Print Location Tickets on Scan

When enabled, AccelerList will print location tickets as you scan items.

Important note:

You must enable the MF Ticketing System first before this option can be used.

Why this is useful:

This helps if you want to label and shelve items immediately while scanning.

Example shown:

  • Currently OFF

Print SKU Labels While Listing

When enabled, AccelerList will print SKU labels while you are listing items.

Important note:

This requires your SKU printer to already be configured under:

Settings → Print Settings → SKU + FNSKU Labels

Why this is useful:

This saves time if you want labels printed automatically during listing instead of printing them later.

Example shown:

  • Currently OFF

4. Media Mail Fee Calculation

This section controls whether Media Mail shipping should be included in your profit calculations.

Enable Media Mail Fee in Calculations

This toggle allows AccelerList to include Media Mail fees in its calculations.

Why this is useful:

If you often sell books or other items eligible for Media Mail, this can make your profit estimates more accurate.

Example shown:

  • Currently OFF

Best for:

  • Book sellers

  • Media sellers

  • Users who want more realistic shipping cost estimates

5. Shipping Price Calculation

This section lets you set the default shipping revenue amount used in calculations.

Estimated Shipping Price

This field allows you to enter the shipping price you expect to charge.

Example shown:

  • $0.00

What this affects:

This value changes how profit is estimated because:

  • Amazon fees are calculated on item price + shipping price

  • Shipping price is added to your revenue

  • If you offer free shipping, this should be set to $0

Why this matters:

If you usually charge buyers for shipping, you can enter that value here so your profit calculations are more accurate.

If you offer free shipping, leave it at $0.00.

How to Set Up Your MF Settings Correctly

Step 1: Choose your default MF shipping template

Select the shipping template you most commonly use, or leave it as None if you want to choose it during each batch.

Step 2: Set your default handling time

Enter the number of days you usually need before shipping your MF orders.

Step 3: Decide if you want to use MF Ticketing

Turn on Use MF Ticketing System if you want AccelerList to assign shelf or warehouse locations automatically.

Step 4: Enable printing options if needed

  • Turn on Print Location Tickets on Scan if you want location tickets printed during scanning

  • Turn on Print SKU Labels While Listing if you want SKU labels printed while listing

Step 5: Turn on Media Mail fee calculation if applicable

Enable this if you regularly ship books or media using Media Mail.

Step 6: Set your estimated shipping price

Enter the shipping amount you usually charge buyers, or leave it at $0.00 if you offer free shipping.

Recommended Setup Tips

  • Use a default shipping template if you usually list MF items the same way

  • Set your handling time accurately to avoid late shipment issues

  • Enable MF Ticketing only if you use shelf or location tracking

  • Keep Estimated Shipping Price at $0.00 if you offer free shipping

  • Turn on Media Mail Fee Calculation if you primarily sell books

Important Notes

  • The MF shipping templates shown in AccelerList come from your Amazon Seller Central shipping templates

  • Employee visibility is not part of this page

  • Some printing features require your printer to already be set up in Print Settings

Short Summary

The MF Settings page helps you control how Merchant Fulfilled items are listed, labeled, tracked, and calculated in AccelerList. Setting these defaults correctly can save time, improve organization, and make your MF workflow more accurate.
