How to Crosslist Previously Listed Items to AbeBooks

This guide explains how to crosslist items that are already listed in AccelerList to AbeBooks using the Bulk Crosslist page.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

1. Open the Bulk Crosslist page

  • Log in to AccelerList

  • On the left sidebar, click Crosslisting

  • Select Bulk Crosslist

This page will show your existing listings that are available for crosslisting.

2. Filter your items

  • Use the All Channels dropdown or Filters button to narrow down the listings you want to crosslist

  • You can also use the search bar to find a specific title, ASIN, or SKU

If you are trying to crosslist MF items, make sure the correct fulfillment filter is selected.

3. Select the items

  • Check the box beside each item you want to crosslist

  • You can select one item or multiple items at the same time

Once selected, the page will show how many items you have chosen.

4. Click Crosslist

  • After selecting your items, click the green Crosslist button in the top-right corner

This will open the Create Draft Listings window.

5. Choose where to publish

In the pop-up window:

  • Enter or review the Batch Name

  • Under Publish To, select AbeBooks

  • You can also leave eBay selected if you want to crosslist to both platforms at the same time

6. Choose draft or auto-publish

You have two options:

Option 1: Create drafts only

  • Leave Auto-Publish turned OFF

  • Click Create Drafts

Use this if you want the AbeBooks listings to be saved as drafts first for review.

Option 2: Crosslist and publish immediately

  • Turn Auto-Publish ON

  • Click Crosslist & Publish

Use this if you want the listings to go live on AbeBooks right away.

7. Confirm the crosslisting

After submitting, AccelerList will begin creating the AbeBooks listings based on your selection.

You can then monitor the results in your crosslisting workflow or history.

If only a few MF items are showing

If you expect hundreds of MF listings but only see a small number, check the following:

  • Make sure the correct channel or fulfillment filter is selected

  • Clear any active search term

  • Review the Filters menu for hidden restrictions

  • Confirm those items are still active and eligible for crosslisting

If the count still looks incorrect after clearing filters, that may need further investigation.

Quick Summary

Go to Crosslisting → Bulk Crosslist, select the items, choose AbeBooks, then either Create Drafts or turn on Auto-Publish and click Crosslist & Publish.

Important: At the moment, the Bulk Crosslist page only displays SKUs that have not already been crosslisted to eBay, so items that were previously crosslisted to eBay will not appear in this list.
