Amazon allows you to customize the Merchant Name and Message that appear on the packing slip included with all MCF (Multi-Channel Fulfillment) orders. This is helpful if you want to display your brand name or include a short note for your customers when they receive their order.
As shown in the image below, these fields can be edited directly inside your Amazon Seller Central under Multi-Channel Fulfillment Settings.
Steps to update:
Log in to your Amazon Seller Central account
Go to Settings → Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA)
Find the section for Multi-Channel Fulfillment Settings
Locate the fields:
Packing Slip – Merchant Name (max 40 characters)
Packing Slip – Text (max 250 characters)
Enter your desired name and message
Click Update to save your changes
Once saved, your updated name and message will appear on all future MCF packing slips sent to your customers.
💡 Tip: Keep your message short, clear, and professional (e.g., “Thank you for your purchase!”), since this is printed and included inside the package.
