When selecting the starting couple for the poster, be sure to click on both names of the couple. The names will be highlighted in blue if selected. If only one name is selected, half of the poster will be blank.
Please note that our editor can only transfer data from one Ancestry Tree per project. If you want to make a combination poster, you will have to make sure you have a tree in Ancestry with both spouses' family history information. Suppose you do not have a tree that contains both sides' information. In that case, you will have to enter the information into one tree in Ancestry, or you will have to manually add all of the photos and information onto the blank side of the poster.
