Your Ancestry account can only be linked to one MyCanvas account. If you are attempting to connect to Ancestry and are receiving an error message (pictured below) or are not able to see your saved account creations, you may be signed into the wrong MyCanvas account.

Clicking the link in the pop-up will take you to your account settings. Click 'sign out' on your user profile, then log back in by clicking the green "Login with Ancestry" button.

This should get you logged in to your MyCanvas account that is linked with your Ancestry Trees.
